Are your teas natural?

Yes. Our loose leaf blends contain whole tea leaves, herbs, flowers, and spices.
We do not use artificial colours or synthetic flavouring agents.

Are your teas flavoured or blended?

Most variants are blended with real ingredients such as cardamom, rose petals, tulsi, saffron, ginger, or lemongrass.

The aroma comes from the ingredient itself — not added essence.

How do I prepare iced tea brews?

Place one pyramid bag in room temperature water.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours.
Serve over ice.
No boiling required.

How do I prepare instant premix?

Empty one sachet into a cup.
Add hot water.
Stir well.
No additional sugar or milk is required.

Does wellness water need dilution?

No. Wellness water is ready to drink.
Best enjoyed chilled.

How should I store my tea?

Keep tea in an airtight container, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and strong odours.
Tea absorbs easily and should be protected.

Should I refrigerate tea?

No. Store at room temperature in a dry place.
Refrigeration may introduce moisture.
