At TeaVerse, every product is prepared and packed with care.
As our teas are consumable products, we are unable to accept general returns.
However, we will always assist in case of genuine concerns.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • An item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of tea and consumable products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened tea packages.
  • Used pyramid tea bags or premix sachets.
  • Products returned due to taste preference.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging.

Tea is sensitive to handling and storage, and for safety reasons, we cannot resell returned consumables.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

4. Tea Wares & Accessories

Tea wares may be eligible for replacement in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damage in transit

Used products cannot be returned unless defective.
